The standard session time is 50-55 minutes. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS IN ORDER TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR THE SESSION.

In-Network Insurance Rate

If I am in-network with your insurance plan, you might only have a small co-pay unless your deductible has not been met. For some of you, a standard therapy session might cost you $0. Contact your insurance company to verify your cost.

Out-of-Network Rate

$0-$200

If you would like to go through your health insurance company and I am out-of-network, you would pay the full fee at the time of service. At the end of every month I can provide you with a Superbill that you would submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. They may reimburse you $0 to $200. You would need to contact your insurance company to find out.

Out-of-Network Rate that gets covered as In-Network

Due to areas of my specialty, I am sometimes able to obtain a "Single Case Agreement." Or if I have a client that changes insurance companies where I become out-of-network, they will sometimes contract a "Transition of Care" which will allow the client to get covered as if I am in that network as well. Aetna has been able to do this.

50% Veterans Discount for Individual Sessions WITHOUT INSURANCE INVOLVEMENT

This rate is only offered to U.S. Military/Veterans.

Laura on occasion will use a sliding scale for lower income families upon providing specific types of documentation. If you cannot afford the standard rates, please speak with Laura PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST VISIT to see if you may qualify for a rate reduction. Discounted rates may not exceed a 50% rate reduction ($100/session). First session may be at a higher rate.
